Made a booking using the simple app, planning
by Karen

Made a booking using the simple app, planning to go to Barcelona for 5-6 hours after our cruise. Sadly, had to cancel due to long disembarkation and taxi wait. Cancelled after our booking time and got a full refund. What great ethics this company has. Can't recommend the hotel for bag storage, but booking and customer service are great. Will use again.

I've used their service thrice in Spain and the US.
by Rob Callaway

I've used their service thrice in Spain and the US. Locations are always good and handy. I trust my luggage's safety completely. Good service, though charges differ by location, they're fair.

Overall, the experience was good. But:
by German

Overall, the experience was good. But: Wen suplyin' a sticker with a luggage storge number, it should be clearly stated that the original sticker must be kept. Just takin' a fotograff of it ain't enough. We almost didn't get our luggage back and were told off by a staff member 'cause we tried to use a photo of the sticker, even though we needed the original. Lucky for us, the store owner remembered us. We come back a bit early with extra stuff we wanna put in our luggage and get it back later. But we weren't allowed and were asked to pay extra if we wanted to add somethin' to our luggage. I get that it might seem like more work for the staff to get the luggage and then give it back, but this would have definitely made it a five-star experience and worth recommendin' to everyone I know.

Staff was nice and friendly.

Staff was nice and friendly. Location near Waterloo station good. Bit worried about bag visibility but it was fine. Closed at 6 but stayed open till 7, which was good. Also found a great homemade burger place nearby!

The company's website had incorrect opening times
by Mark D

The company's website had incorrect opening times, leading to me wasting 8 hours commuting only to find the store closed. Customer service was terrible; they lied, didn't assist, gave wrong info about T&Cs, and even stalked me on LinkedIn. It's been three weeks, and my case is still open with no response.

The storage I reserved in
by Kana

The storage I reserved in Amsterdam turned out to be a letdown. The person managing it was hospitalized, so they couldn't accept my luggage. I tried another place nearby recommended by this site, but it was closed too. Ultimately, I had to lug my bag around while sightseeing. This experience has made me lose trust in this site.

This site proved convenient for reaching
by Anonymous

This site proved convenient for reaching La Aurora Airport, with a reasonably priced $3 US Uber ride or a brief 10-minute stroll. We opted for both modes of transportation, and the walk was straightforward and felt secure. Having no prior experience with Bounce, I was uncertain about what awaited. The staff at the hostel, housing the Bounce service, were notably friendly. Upon arrival, I had to complete some extra paperwork, including passport verification. Our luggage remained securely stored for two nights without any issues.

The check-in and checkout process
by Dainius

The check-in and checkout process was a smooth affair, simplifying our visit to the British Museum. Ideal for those averse to lugging backpacks around or grappling with the museum's restriction on wheeled suitcases. Highly recommended for a hassle-free experience.

This company proves indispensable
by Eric Wagner

This company proves indispensable for day-layover voyagers. The convenience of unburdening luggage during our brief stay in a new city was transformative. The cost was reasonable, and the staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and efficiency on that particular day.

Booked a spot in downtown Portland,
by xavier

Booked a spot in downtown Portland, but upon arrival, the place was closed. Seeking a refund through the app, I promptly booked another spot, indicated as 3 blocks away, a 5-minute walk. However, the location was miles away. Requested a second refund. Ended up walking with luggage through the city without using the bounce service. Received an email about a refund, but it went to the Bounce account, not mine. Paid $30 for no services. Avoid using this service.

Smooth case check-in and collection
by Readers

Smooth case check-in and collection process at Dusseldorf station. However, all lockers were occupied, requiring a brief 5-minute walk to the nearby Bounce shop. Pricing remains consistent, and online booking is necessary, but conveniently achievable in-store.

Misleading Information and Poor Resolution
by Client

Bounce claimed a store in Lisbon was open, but upon arrival, the locked metal gate proved otherwise. Despite asserting they sent a message, none was received. Regrettably, Bounce refuses to issue a refund. This misleading information and poor resolution make it advisable to avoid their services altogether.

Smooth Luggage Storage with Payment Hiccup
by Jane Housley

Storing luggage at Stansted airport was a breeze during drop-off - quick and problem-free. The pickup was equally efficient, but a hiccup arose when asked for payment despite prepayment during booking. Despite having our booking number, there was a moment of confusion before acknowledging the prior payment. Once resolved, the service was satisfactory, but the initial payment discrepancy caused a minor inconvenience.
