My experience with remote.com has been disappointing. I've been requesting form T220 for a month without any assistance. The customer service is unresponsive, and there's no reliable way to contact them. It's the company's responsibility to provide employees with the necessary tax forms, but they consistently fail to do so. The excuse of a technical glitch has persisted for over a month. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Attempts to communicate and seek clarification were met with prolonged silence for nearly 8 weeks, highlighting a glaring lack of responsiveness. It appears that the service prioritizes collecting fees over resolving client issues, functioning more as indifferent brokers. This experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, leaving clients unsupported, agitated, and questioning the competence and commitment of the service provider. A serious reassessment of their practices and client engagement is warranted.
