The walls I ordered from Versare.com turned out to be good and suited our space perfectly. However, I must say that the customer service experience was absolutely awful. The delivery service they used was extremely late, arriving five hours beyond the scheduled time due to some loading mishap. Moreover, the delivery personnel were uncooperative and refused to deliver the walls to accessible door options, leaving the product in the middle of a busy street in Philadelphia. When I reached out to the supervisor, I was shocked to learn that they prioritize their truck's condition over customer satisfaction. Living in a bustling city shouldn't be an excuse for such poor service, especially when Versare offers delivery to major US cities. They seriously need to reconsider their delivery contractor or risk getting more negative reviews. It's frustrating when you invest in a product and then face such unnecessary hassles during delivery. I hope Versare takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service for future buyers.

I cannot express enough how delighted I am with my order from Versare.com. Though there were a few minor legal issues initially, their customer service, particularly Holton, worked diligently to resolve everything to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to Holton's exceptional service, I am now a truly satisfied customer. The hush panels we opted for have exceeded our expectations. While not completely soundproof, they absorb a significant amount of sound, eliminating echoing in our lil warehouse office. The charcoal grey color I selected adds a touch of elegance. Installing these panels was a breeze, and they serve their purpose as partitions perfectly. Please note that they are not intended as permanent walls, and there might be certain legal considerations to keep in mind. Nonetheless, they enhance the aesthetics of our space, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. While the product itself seems promising, the overall buying experience leaves much to be desired. Documentation is not easily accessible online, and reaching out to sales representatives proves to be a frustrating experience. The sales reps appear unresponsive, lacking both proactiveness and genuine sales interest. Despite several attempts to connect with a sales rep, the process remained cumbersome, eventually leading to opting for an online purchase. Improvements in customer service and accessibility to information online could significantly enhance the overall buying experience.

Despite paying for outdoor delivery

Despite paying for outdoor delivery, the divider was brought inside by my family. Unfortunately, one of the panels was already popping out and couldn't be pushed back in. Eventually, the entire panel popped out. It's unclear if it was due to moisture or another issue. Wrapping the top of the product would have prevented this, especially since it was an outdoor delivery. The divider is now unusable, and despite submitting a review, no one has contacted me. As a small business owner, this has resulted in a significant financial loss on something I can't use in my playgroup.

The screws used to hold everything together were too small and some were even stripped out, causing further issues. I attempted to assemble just one unit, but the experience was so disheartening that I decided to give up. I wish I could return the entire purchase. Absolutely avoid Versare Solutions at all costs! My experience with them was a nightmare. When they sent the wrong and damaged partitions, they expected me to foot the bill for the return shipping and then add insult to injury by charging an additional 20% of the purchase price. Their customer service is a complete letdown, and their policies are absurdly customer-unfriendly. Stay far away!

Ordered these things with no drama, and the product's solid. A bit too tall, so we chopped off 4 inches. Now, our desks are like BFFs, all cozy with privacy and a clean vibe. Almost ditched the idea because of a hefty 20% shipping markup, but hey, still cheaper than those fabric panels. All in all, happy campers here.
