When I reached out to the supervisor, I was shocked to learn that they prioritize their truck's condition over customer satisfaction. Living in a bustling city shouldn't be an excuse for such poor service, especially when Versare offers delivery to major US cities. They seriously need to reconsider their delivery contractor or risk getting more negative reviews. It's frustrating when you invest in a product and then face such unnecessary hassles during delivery. Great quality and well-made product.....great customer-focused solutions if any issues come up! But unless you plan to secure it in concrete, the privacy screens can fall over in the wind since there's no support at the botom.....only screw holes.
