It saves me a lot of time. I hope they add more ways to customize soon, but even now, it’s a great tool. The viral hook videos are few but I think this will improve over time. The staff is friendly and fast to reply. The 1 star bad reviews are because people do not understand technology. Zeely is a good app. And for those paying $89.95 you can change your subscription to $29.95, though this plan only allows 3 videos and 8 static ads, so there are some limits. Overall, the video shorts convert quickly and in less than 3 minutes and it is simple to do! There is no cancel button for the subscription. But you can ask the staff about canceling your plan or deleting your account. There is a button to DELETE your account. And if any business (Zeely included) still charges your card, contact your credit card company and raise a fraud alert or cancel your card completely. Zeely's staff are devoted to your success as of 9/12/25. I hope they maintain their standards. All images can be jpeg's or png's and should be numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc so they appear in your library. Otherwise, complex names appear as gray blocks. Each file can be up to 4 MB in size. So my experience has been very good so far. The 1 star complainers have no merit. I haven't tried the PAID campaign yet, so I will write another review IF I try that.
