My subscription ended and they took all of the credits I paid for - no refund to me, no opportunity to use them up. I communicated with their customer service and was basically told this is just now not is. I filed a complaint with BBB and encourage others to as well.

They’re clearly banking on surprise charges and squeezing every dollar they can. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Zeely automated a campaign using meta that had the wrong landing page (it created automatically). When I asked them to edit it or refund it, they said they could not. I did not specify the landing page - they created it automatically and it led no where - no results - wasted money. DONT TRUST - DONT USE.

The copy turns into video ads very easily. The music options are few and quiet while making the video. But after, the music volume in the videos is correct. The viral hook videos are few but I think this will improve over time. The staff is friendly and fast to reply. The 1 star bad reviews are because people do not understand technology. Zeely is a good app. And for those paying $89.95 you can change your subscription to $29.95, though this plan only allows 3 videos and 8 static ads, so there are some limits. Overall, the video shorts convert quickly and in less than 3 minutes and it is simple to do! There is no cancel button for the subscription. But you can ask the staff about canceling your plan or deleting your account. There is a button to DELETE your account. And if any business (Zeely included) still charges your card, contact your credit card company and raise a fraud alert or cancel your card completely. Zeely's staff are devoted to your success as of 9/12/25. I hope they maintain their standards. All images can be jpeg's or png's and should be numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc so they appear in your library. Otherwise, complex names appear as gray blocks. Each file can be up to 4 MB in size. So my experience has been very good so far. The 1 star complainers have no merit. I haven't tried the PAID campaign yet, so I will write another review IF I try that.
