Ich habe die KeepCalling App heruntergeladen, um mit meiner Familie im Iran zu sprechen. Leider lief es nicht wie geplant. Bei der Bezahlung gab es dauernd technische Probleme, und obwohl es hieß, die Bestellung sei fehlgeschlagen, wurde mir viermal 6,99 € abgebucht! Das war ziemlich frustrierend. Ich habe am 29.03. den Support über die App kontaktiert und am 05.04. eine E-Mail geschickt, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Es fühlt sich an, als ob mein Anliegen völlig ignoriert wird. Ich hoffe wirklich auf eine schnelle Rückerstattung und dass jemand sich bald mit mir in Verbindung setzt, um das Problem zu lösen. Bis dahin bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem Service.
