I recently had a disappointing experience with JM Bullion that I want to talk about. I ordered a bar and paid with ACH on February 8th. They took the money from my account right away. But then they called to say they couldn't finish my order and asked me to wire the money instead. I said no and canceled the order. I thought I'd get my money back quickly after canceling. But it's March 8th now, and I still haven't seen the refund in my account. When I asked about it, they said I'd get it on March 16th. They've had my money for over a month, which is not good customer service. The lack of clear communication and the long wait for my refund have been really inconvenient. It's not right to hold onto customer money for so long without a good reason. This experience has made me lose trust in JM Bullion, and I can't recommend them based on what happened to me. Customers deserve better, especially with money matters like this.

My experience with this provider's shipping department was disappointing. Shipments were inadequately packed, and attempts to address the issue with customer service were unhelpful. Despite giving them ample time for improvement, the packing issues persisted. Moreover, the premiums charged by this provider are notably high. I would recommend seeking services elsewhere to ensure a more satisfactory and reliable experience.

This company gives me a sense of complete safety when I buy from them. We had an order taken, clearly before it even got here. JM was clear about what I needed to do and what they would handle. I followed the steps - a customer service rep kept in touch and made sure everything was done. Did it take some time? Yes. JMB just did what was needed, and I got my order replaced. Customer service and items are outsanding.
