It seems like this company has really dropped the ball lately. I used to think they were reliable, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The colors on my first order of postcards were all wrong, and the last batch had trimming problems on every single one. I've tried reaching out to them through their ticket system, email, and even Twitter, but haven't heard anything back. It's like they're avoiding me altogether. I won't be giving them any more business, and I advise others to steer clear as well.

My experience with Overnight Prints

My experience with Overnight Prints wasn't great. Even though they assured me multiple times through chat that my package was delivered, it never arrived. The US Postal service later informed me that I could get my package by paying the shipping charges myself. When I reached out to Overnight Prints for a refund on the second set of shipping charges, they didn't seem to care much. Their customer service response was pretty typical and not very helpful.

Our first batch came back way too dark

Our first batch came back way too dark & very different from what they looked like online. Luckily, They printed them for free, but that made our announcements late. Some of the new batch were cut a little off, so the announcements had a bad edge on them. I really do like Overnight Prints quality of paper, and they have the best prices! We just had not the best experence this time…

The product quality is commendable; however, there's room for improvement in packaging. The notecards suffered corner damage during shipping due to inadequate space in the packaging. Enhancing the packaging method could prevent such issues.

Pleased with the cards we got printed. Sometimes when I need stuff printed, I use overnight prints. It's really convenient. They provide PSD file templates, so I know I'm sending the correct file size.

The card's look great. Simple to design. Shipping was very expensive if overnighted, rest of the options was high as well. I'll be orderig more.
