    You wouldn't believe how smoothly everything went. The crew showed up right when they said they would, ready to tackle the job. My place has these narrow hallways that are a nightmare to get through, but they managed it like pros. Not a single scratch on the walls, and the paint? Perfectly intact. I was seriously impressed with how careful they were. Super polite and professional. They really knew their stuff and made the whole process a breeze. It’s rare to find a team that’s both skilled and genuinely nice, but these folks nailed it. I’d definitely call them again if I need anything else done.

    I engaged with these guys to ship my car knowing that they are a broker and brokers all work the same way: they post your vehicle to an online board and drivers bid on the pick up. So, you do need to realize that they quote you a low price to get you engaged and then there is a high likelihood that price will go up since the brokers have little control over what price the driver will do the work for. That said, when it didn't work our for me, they did promptly process a refund of my deposit without giving me a hard time. I thought that was very professional.

    Ugh, dealing with this company has been a rollercoaster. First, I sent my PCM in for repair and didn’t even know if I got the right one back. Kept getting this annoying internal PCM error code on my car, which was super frustrating. Tried reaching out through email, but got nothing. Phone calls? Forget it. Just crickets. I was ready to give up, honestly. But then, finally got a hold of someone. They actually listened and asked me to send the PCM back for another check. It’s a bit of a hassle, but at least they're trying to make it right now. Changed my 2-star review to a 3-star, hoping for a better outcome this time. Fingers crossed!
