    Absolute garbage customer service. Back and forth for weeks trying to get the correct part even though the original module part number was supplied. Their sales staff keeps changing the order because they think they know more. My first and last time ordering from these people. Customer service is awful, you can never speak to an American or anyone that knows what's going on or can get anything done. My customer has been waiting a month for his parts to come in only to find they are incorrect and they refuse to ship the correct one because their sales staff claim its the incorrect part. $1,300.00 I as a company have to eat because there lack of service in order to get my customer back on the road. Absolute garbage of a company.

    I was pretty excited to try out FIXD, but things took a weird turn when I noticed a charge for their Premium service on my PayPal account. I never opted for it, just followed the setup instructions without ticking any Premium boxes. It's frustrating because it feels like they sneakily signed me up for something I didn't want. This kind of tactic leaves a bad taste and makes me question their integrity. Companies should be more upfront and transparent about their services and charges. It's not just about the money; it's about trust. Hoping they sort this out, but it’s been a bit of a letdown so far.
