    I stumbled upon this cool, veteran-owned shop and decided to give it a try. Browsing their website was a breeze, everything was laid out so clearly. I ordered a bag, and when it arrived, it was just like the picture online, which was a relief since that doesn't always happen. The quality was even better than I expected, feels sturdy and looks fantastic. It's refreshing to see a company that not only delivers on their promises but also supports our veterans. I've already been telling my friends about it, and I’m definitely going to be checking out more of their stuff soon. Can't wait to see what else they got!

    I had the most awful experience with this so-called moving company. They trick you into thinking they're offering a great deal, claiming they'll beat uHaul prices with a simple deposit system. But the truth is, the initial deposit is just a fee to chat with them, and the actual movers don't see a dime of it. When the moving team arrived, the cost suddenly skyrocketed, way beyond what was promised. And if you try to back out, kiss that deposit goodbye. They only take cash for the remaining payments. They initially promised to deliver our stuff in 3 to 14 days, but it's been weeks, and there's no sign of our belongings. Communication is a nightmare; they dodge calls and give no straight answers. I'm starting to fear our stuff is just gone.

    So, I placed this order on January 16 and didn't hear a peep—no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. After a few days of radio silence, I reached out on January 21 to ask for a refund because, honestly, what else could I do? They said it would take 7–10 business days, but come February 10, still no refund. When I called, they claimed they'd just started processing it and couldn't give me a timeline because they're a “small business.” I asked to speak to a manager and was told to call back. When I did, I got passed around and then disconnected—twice. The whole thing was a mess, really. I wouldn't suggest dealing with them based on this experience.
