    I rented a car and boy, was I in for a surprise. When I got the receipt, there were all these extra charges that I had no idea about. There was this 11.11% Concession Recovery Fee, which was a whopping $93.87! Apparently, it's for using airport roads and facilities. Then there was a Customer Facility Charge of $255.75, supposedly for improving car rental spots at the airport. As if that wasn't enough, there was a Vehicle License Recoup fee of $10.54, which covers things like registration and plates. It's pretty frustrating to get hit with all these fees without any heads-up. Felt like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of me. Definitely not a fan of these surprise costs!

    The other day, I hopped on the 19 bus in Glasgow, and what a scene it was. The driver was just out of control, yelling and swearing at this parent and their kid. It was really uncomfortable, you know? I mean, you expect a bit of professionalism, right? But this guy was just plain aggressive, like he'd forgotten he was dealing with actual people. It’s not the first time I’ve seen something like this on the buses here, but it’s definitely one of the worst. You start wondering how these folks are even allowed to drive buses with that kind of attitude. It’s like, can we not have a bit of decency and respect? Makes you think twice about taking the bus again.
