    Кілька разів замовляв у них запчастини і майже кожен раз з приколом і проблемою. То кільцевий не той, то датчик не той, то пильовик замість внутрішнього зовнішній. Останнє замовлення взагалі в кабінеті замовлення одне те, що ти замовив і сума, а фактично приходить на іншу більшу суму і іншого виробника. При цьому ніхто не попереджає. Цього разу я сам їм дзвонив і дізнавався, чому інша сума. У підсумку чотири години розбиралися і сказали, що стійки стабілізаторів краще поклали іншого виробника. У підсумку отримую, так стійки інші, але також і амортизатори і наконечники не ті і різних виробників Нонейм1 та Нонейм2 і навіть замість WD40 незрозуміле мастило. Таке відчуття, що зібрали замовлення з того, що було, і радій, що хоч відправили через чотири дні. Вже навіть не хотів забирати посилку, але дружина наполягла, що мовляв, ще чекати і так вже давно пора поміняти запчастини. З усіх моїх замовлень за весь час не переплутали і не замінили тільки кришку на бак, а так завжди з проблемою. І навіть якщо вони зробили помилку, все одно відправляй їм за свій рахунок, а з урахуванням нинішніх цін на доставку це часом виходить половина вартості запчастини. Кожен раз собі кажу, що це останній раз, коли я у них замовив!!! Потім проходить час, ти забуваєш їхні приколи і знову наступаєш на ті ж граблі. ЦЕ ТОЧНО ОСТАННІЙ РАЗ!!!

    Avoid these people at all costs. They 100% try to bait and switch you on price. They lied to me about being able to move my firearms which was a large reason I was willing to go with them. Then they'll happily tell you if you cancel you'll lose your deposit because by the time you find it all out, youre past your cancellation window. I told them I NEEDED movers to be there by a specific date. It couldn't be a day later. They told me they could have them there that day or the day before. They gave me an initial arrival window one day out which was then promptly canceled and pushed to the next day. They then pushed the window back to 4 - 6pm. Keep in mind that I had paid for full packing services. The driver finally arrived a little after 8pm. The second guy arrived a little before 9pm. Its now almost midnight and they've got a solid 45min to an hour left. When I called customer service I got "its still the 7th so legally they're within the window". I was lied to and misled, had them try to jump the cost up three days before I needed movers, and then had movers show up at the last possible second. This is a scummy company. If there wiling to pull this on a veteran, they'll be willing to do it with you too. Just go look at all the complaints on BBB and FMCSA, or read the experiences on Reddit, or try to find any public LinkedIn profiles that work for them. Pretty telling that none of them are willing to publicly associate themselves with the company. ****, ****, and **** and the rest of **** will enthusiastically screw you over if given the opportunity.

    Great service! They showed up exactly when they said, wrapped all my things carefully, and moved everything without any trouble or mess. The staff was friendly and polite. I will surely use them again for my next move.
