    I called Budget the other day, and it was a nightmare. Got disconnected four times—can you believe that? Spent over half an hour with one person, only to get cut off. Tried talking to a supervisor, but that was just useless. I know a couple of folks who rented from them, too. They showed up at the airport, and it was just chaos—took them two hours to finally get a car because there was a massive line and just one agent working. It's like they didn’t even care. If you’re planning to rent a car, seriously, look somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle!

    You wouldn’t believe the ordeal I had renting a car for President's Day weekend at Budget LGA. As a Fastbreak member, I expected a smooth experience, but no car was ready for me. Instead, I found myself waiting in line for an hour with everyone else. When I finally got to the counter, they told me the oversized SUV I booked for a family ski trip wasn’t available. They offered a smaller car, which I couldn’t accept. Frustratingly, they just shrugged and said they could refund my money. While wandering the parking lot, I noticed two SUVs parked there, supposedly unavailable due to a check engine light. After more waiting, I eventually got one of those cars, only to find it was filthy. The entire experience was a stressful mess.
