Calvin handled the sales part well, not overly aggressive and nice to work with. However, Rob in Service was really the standout when I had to bring the car back after 2 days due to a weird (but faint) noise. Rob had a Technician check it out right away to find the problem part, then quickly ordered a replacement and had it installed within 3 working days. Since this was a Kia Approved Used car, Kia should have caught the issue, not Tates. Still, Rob's swift action made a big difference!

Dan was quite patiient. He listened to my requests without trying to convince me otherwise. It was my choice. Dan is a real sales person, not pushy, a good listener, and patient. He made sure I was happy with my decision on which car to buy. Any questions were answered clearly. Good job on your approach with car buyers
