I took my car to Citroen with a suspected BCM problem (diagnosed at another shop), and it really seemed like the worst case. It's an older 2011 Citroen C3, and some people suggested I just give up on it, but it's been a good little car and hasn't caused many issues. I called Citroen, and they offered to do a full diagnostic before I decided whether to fix it or trade it in. My appointment was a few weeks away, but they called me when there was a cancellation, so I could get in early. They even let me drop it off the day before since my wipers weren't working and rain was coming. Steve Coppard did a full diagnostic and health check, and it turned out to be just the fuse box. The part was ordered fast, and my car was back on the road in no time. Such a small fix! Can't believe it wasn’t found earlier. Steve took his time to do a full check, gave great advice, did the work at a fair price, and kept me updated. He is just a really friendly guy and is happy to help. The car also came back totally cleaned, which was a nice touch. Thanks, Steve, for the great service – I’m happy to be back on the road. My car feels as good as new, and I’m one very happy customer!

My 7-year-old Berlingo had an issue that came and went. The service team asked me to bring it in when the problem appeared again. They got me booked in quickly and found out that the issue was a broken sensor that needed to be ordered. Steve, the service manager, made sure the fault was fixed so I could pick up my granddaughter from school the next day. Good service. Thanks.

Calvin handled the sales part well, not overly aggressive and nice to work with. However, Rob in Service was really the standout when I had to bring the car back after 2 days due to a weird (but faint) noise. Rob had a Technician check it out right away to find the problem part, then quickly ordered a replacement and had it installed within 3 working days. Since this was a Kia Approved Used car, Kia should have caught the issue, not Tates. Still, Rob's swift action made a big difference!
