Partzilla is not recommended.

Orders take too long. I ordered on May 23, 2024, and today is June 4, 2024, (that's 13 days) and still no order. They keep pushing it back to June 6th. On their site it says parts are in stock. That 97% of orders ships in 1-3 days is pure B.S.! I say buy from the dealer, it may cost a little more, but at least you get your parts. They over promise and under deliver. They're not truthful? If they're waiting on parts from Japan and it will take some time, just say it. Give the customer the option to get what they can and pay shipping. They put off the order one day then three days the next and then two days the next only ticks off the customer. This was the first and last time I'll ever order from them.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service known to man! Ordered a product three weeks ago. The delivery service mishandled the package, and the company refuses to issue a refund because the package hasn't returned to their facility yet. Currently, the package seems to be on an unexpected tour through Switzerland, even though its destination is in Germany. The company is attempting to shift the blame onto customs, but there's no evidence that the package is held up in any customs facility. Beware of this company! They are incredibly difficult to work with!

2-Day Shipping is Not

I made an order and paid extra for 2-Day shipping, but it actually took 4 days to arrive. When I contacted customer service, they explained that it's 2 business days, even though it wasn't explicitly mentioned during checkout. They use UPS for shipping, which does offer Saturday delivery according to their website, but I didn't receive this service. When I asked for a refund of the extra money I paid for 2-Day shipping, they refused.

I bought parts for my Seadoo

I bought parts for my Seadoo on 3/22/24. I was worried because of some reviews so I called to cancel. The lady I talked to said bad reviews are because of back ordered items which they can't help. I asked to keep the order since all items were in stock. On 3/25/24 all 3 items were on my porch and they were OeM originals. I have no complaints for Partzilla. Customer service was good, delivery was fast and items were perfect!!

Shipping times have been terrible

Shipping times have been terrible. I ordered my part a week ago, and it's still in transit. Despite their website claiming "fast shipping," it's clearly not the case. If I had known about their slow shipping, I could've ordered the same parts from a different site for the same price.
