Active Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Drain was gurgling for weeks. Tech ran the snake and camera, explained the roots, and bam, flow back. Not cheap at night, still worth it.

    Platinum Roofing & Exteriors Hamilton

Crew showed up early, covered shrubs, and kept the site tidy. Project manager texted photos mid install and walked the roofline after. Final sweep for nails was thorough. Fair price and zero leaks after the first storm.

    TempurPedic.com

I bought a mattress topper online from Tempur-Pedic, and after a spill I had a hard time getting the cover off to wash it. What really shocked me was the foam underneath, which was cheap-looking and already splitting and cracking even though it isn’t even a year old. I reached out to customer service, but the request they made felt unreasonable. I’m a 74-year-old disabled woman who uses a walker and lives alone, and the idea of taking on the risk of removing the cover just to photograph the damage for Tempur-Pedic is daunting and simply not right. Their rigid policy seems to completely ignore individual circumstances and leaves no room for a fair resolution. The scripted replies from customer service and Emmett G only made the whole thing more frustrating and disappointing. Don’t let their reputation fool you.
