    This company sold us a large number of roofing leads that turned out to be completely useless. Many of the homeowners told us they had never requested roofing estimates, and others said they had recently replaced their roofs and were irritated that we were calling. These were not qualified leads by any stretch. When we contacted the company about the issue, they refused to replace the bad leads or offer any kind of resolution. Their customer service team showed no concern for the quality of what they were selling and made no effort to help. We ended up losing thousands of dollars on leads that were essentially bogus. I’m writing this review months later because the experience still sticks with me, and I recently spoke with another business in the same market who went through the exact same thing. This seems to be a pattern, not an isolated incident. I strongly warn other businesses to stay away from this lead provider. We are considering legal action to recover the money we lost due to what we believe are deceptive and unethical practices.

    Unfortunately I can’t offer a review of the arcade game that I purchased on 11/24/2025 because this Christmas gift, that I was assured would arrive by Christmas, has still not arrived as of 1/2/2026. The owner, ****, subsequently continued to be deceitful; The shipping company only picked up the machine on December 30th. Even after several calls during December, **** even told me that the machine was being put on a truck 12/11 and I would receive a call on 12/18 to schedule delivery by Christmas. I purchased the machine on 11/24, so why would the machine not have been shipped immediately; the payment was taken immediately. The Machine was supposed to ship from California to PA for pre Christmas delivery. If timing is an issue, you will want to consider sourcing this machine elsewhere .

    I ordered a Christmas decoration for my wife. When it finally came it was all scuffed up. I contacted them, and they sent a message saying they would contact me. They never did even after I sent a 2nd message.
