    I ordered a 15mm wrench and a 10mm wrench and paid for them on 10/9/25. I received the 15mm wrench only. After 2 weeks of calling and emailing, I got an email on 10-25-25 stating my wrench would ship the at the end of the next week. Now here we are 2.5 months later, so over 3 months total and I still don't have my wrench that I've paid for. You never answer the phone, no updates, no communication. I am sorry I did business with your company. I own several auto body collision centers and placed this small order as a test run for a lot of tools and equipment for my locations. I'm glad I found out how you do business now. My order number is 5429116. I will give it one more day before I blow your company up online. Nice store out of your garage. What a joke.

    Total disaster. Service was fine but then they set up an auto subscription on your credit card. 3 unauthorised payments later we have had to resort to cancelling our credit card. The payments continued on the newly issued card! It’s been a nightmare that’s taken up hours of time to sort. Never again.

    This company sold us a large number of roofing leads that turned out to be completely useless. Many of the homeowners told us they had never requested roofing estimates, and others said they had recently replaced their roofs and were irritated that we were calling. These were not qualified leads by any stretch. When we contacted the company about the issue, they refused to replace the bad leads or offer any kind of resolution. Their customer service team showed no concern for the quality of what they were selling and made no effort to help. We ended up losing thousands of dollars on leads that were essentially bogus. I’m writing this review months later because the experience still sticks with me, and I recently spoke with another business in the same market who went through the exact same thing. This seems to be a pattern, not an isolated incident. I strongly warn other businesses to stay away from this lead provider. We are considering legal action to recover the money we lost due to what we believe are deceptive and unethical practices.
