Delivery was fast but unfortunatly DHL messed up and sent it to the wrong adress. Dave from Stair Parts helped a lot. Lucky a nice person nearby brought the package back from their vacation. Dave kept checking with me and was ready to send another if the first one didn't come. Thanks Dave.

Ordered some bannisters, spindles, and rails online, and let me tell ya, this company rocks! They give me a ring, saying the parts are set for Tuesday delivery. I'm like, "How 'bout Friday, though?" And guess what? No problemo! They show up, all snug in layers of cardboard.

Got my Pigsear stair rail in sapelle, and delivery was spot on within the promised timeframe. The quality? Top-notch! But, gotta be real, took a star off the rating. The profile wasn't exactly what I expected – the bottom edge curled in a rounded shape to the wall, while the photo showed a 90-degree square edge. Little different than advertised, but hey, desperate times (just came out of the hospital) called for desperate measures.
