    I had been looking forward to owning a brand new Mustang Convertible for years, but that excitement went away fast after buying one in May 2025. In just a 14-month span, the car was back in for the same issue four times, plus twice more for a more serious problem, and they still never fixed it. Most of what they did was reset modules or say they updated the software, which didn’t solve anything. I spoke with the dealership’s Service Director on Sept. 14, 2026, and even he admitted that wasn’t fixing the problem. He was supposed to meet with the service manager and get back to me by Sept. 21, but the callback didn’t come until Sept. 24, and then he wanted me to bring the car in yet again and take another loaner so they could try for a fifth time. On top of that, the car had four recalls during the first year I owned it. Ford customer service was no help either and never followed up or returned calls, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I was left dealing with wasted time, money, and effort just to keep bringing the car back for the same thing. I’m done with this dealership, the service department, and Ford. If zero was an option, that’s the rating I’d give. Hello Toyota, I’m back, and sorry I gave Ford a chance when quality clearly isn’t Job 1 anymore.
