    Contacted Ask An Expert due to problem accessing emails after an update of Windows 11 by Microsoft. Ended up being transferred 5 times to another tech. On 5th transfer I explained my problem the 6th time. That tech stated that he needed to send me an email with info with help on resolving my problem. Absolute total incompetence ! ! ! My problem was with email access - and he wanted to send another email.

    Keine Angabe der Steuernummer, Gewirr an unklaren Geschäftsadressen, Rücksendung wurde nicht akzeptiert. Dafür eine Rücküberweisung von 2/3 des Kaufpreises. Bin trotzdem unzufrieden und rate dringend Ich rate davon ab, mit diesem Anbieter Geschäfte zu machen. Es handelt sich um ein höchst unseriöses Unternehmen!

    When I ordered the shirt, I was excited about the purple color, but when it arrived, it just wasn't right at all. I mean, it was really off. I decided to return it, but wow, what a hassle that turned out to be. The return process is just so complicated and frustrating. I can't believe a company would make it this hard to return something. It's not like I'm asking for much, just a simple return. Honestly, with how tough they make it, I'm really not eager to shop with them again anytime soon. It shouldn’t be this challenging to fix a problem, right?
