It's a SCAM, please do not buy from here. I returned an item that was delivered on August 12th, I contacted them multiple times and said that they couldn't do anything because on the tracking system it says pending. I showed them proof of delivery signed by them and they won't refund it just because in the system says pending. SCAM. They only refund money in the form of a gift card, which is illegal in Europe; they are obligated to give you your money back.

I ordered two bras from this company off of Facebook. I did not care for the product because they did not give enough support and they send me the wrong size for one of them. BUT I have to give them 5 stars because their customer service was amazing! They processed my return efficiently and gave me a full refund (minus shipping Insurance) and they keep me informed by email every step of the way! I am old school and believe that customer service has declined over the years and admittedly, I am hard to please. But Bra and Body exceeded my expectations in their return process.
