    Our original guide canceled two days out. Support stepped in fast to suggest alternatives. We opted to cancel, which they processed, but the refund took longer than I hoped to hit my card. Communication stayed polite and clear, just not instant. I appreciate the safety net, and I’d try again for a future trip. The platform earns points for service, loses a little for the wait. That’s travel, I guess.
