This morning, thanks to the patient help of agent Nelson, I managed to book my flight to Osaka. It was my first time using Skylux agents for booking tickets. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could select a seat on time. Surprisingly, just two hours after booking, when I tried to log in to the airline apps, I saw my booking details were already there, and both airlines reminded me I could pick business class seats. So, I got to choose my favorite seat on time, making my next trip easier. I am very happy with the agent’s quick work and good service!

I chose the wrong date for my booking.

I chose the wrong date for my booking. When I told them about the mistake, they fast cancelled it and returned my money to my credit card right away.
