Roman really helped me out by explaining things well. The company needs to do better explaining the dashboard and options chains. It's probably easy for some, but not for me. When I bought it months ago, the folks I spoke with made it seem easy, but they weren't clear and rushed through explanations. One seemed eager to end the conversation.
