    Purchased 2 sweatshirts from them that did not fit and wanted to return for a refund. We did everything that they asked to do for the return which we had to pay shipping. They received the order back on November 25 @ 10:15 am through USPS. We still haven’t received the refund. Their emails get returned stating that their box is full and their phone numbers are no good. Stay away from them and they don’t deserve any stars!!!

    I ordered women's shoes in November. Delivery took awhile. I was ok with that. Finally tried the shoes on. For me the size 7 did not work for me. Too large. Since then I have been trying to receive info to return the shoes and receive my refund. I continue to receive message. Someone will contact you within 24 hours. NOT TRUE!!! I have received that message at least 10-15 times. No help! Here it is 2 months past and I am still waiting for someone to send me info to return them and to receive my refund. Oh weeks ago someone sent message that once they receive a my confirmation that I want refund they would send me more info. NEVER DID!!!! that was 3 weeks ago. 😒
