Payments into the account were automatic, and the portal showed milestones, but time moved slow. I understand it is part of the process, just not fun to live through. The rate is extremely high, which they do disclose, but it still shocks seeing the total interest stack. I contacted support to move a due date and they helped with a small adjustment. This is a last resort tool. Read every line, plan to pay down quickly, or it will get expensive, fast.

    The app is friendly and I felt in control of my spending. Payments posted quickly and the virtual card was handy for online checkouts. My gripe is the APR, which is steep if you carry a balance. As long as I clear in full, it’s fine, but it’s not a card I’d revolve on. Customer support answered a PIN reset question clearly. For building credit with discipline, it works. Costs bite if you slip.
