I wouldn't suggest this company - Like others have mentioned, they don't seem keen on giving money back. My kid got a Junior ISA opened by mistake - when I told them, it's been a mess. They keep ignoring me, and the info they give is wrong. They said it'd take 10 days on March 1st, and I'm still waiting. The ISA is closed now, but I don't know where the money is. They say it takes time to transfer from Junior ISA to GoHenry account - Unbelievable in 2024, and I don't buy it. Just based on customer service, I wouldn't recommend them - Once you try to leave, the service gets all over the place.

While the app has generally been easy to use, I did face some challenges initially when trying to amend the transferred amount. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with the other parent transferring money to his account, such as birthday money, despite adding the necessary details from his card. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall experience with the app.

The monthly membership payments, along with the additional 50p service charge to top up parent accounts, make the overall cost a considerable expense. This is especially frustrating when there are other children's cards available that are free to use. The additional charges may be perceived as a waste of money compared to alternative options in the market.
