    Ordered a stack of NM cards and one arrived closer to LP. Support offered a label to return that one, the rest were fine. Shipping for small orders feels pricey, but inventory depth keeps me coming back.

    Lucky Star

    The live casino video on Lucky Star has not buffered or frozen during any session I can recall on a normal connection. The stream starts within a few seconds of opening a table and runs continuously from there. On slower connections the quality drops but the stream keeps going rather than stopping entirely. I have had live casino video freeze completely on other platforms mid-round. That has not happened here.

    Ticket on a weird charge got answered same day. They reversed it after checking logs. Short, polite messages, and no scripty nonsense.
