I hopped onto this site, thinking it might be a good fit. Within 10 minutes, realized it wasn’t for me, so I tried to cancel my 6-month subscription. But guess what? They wouldn’t give me a full refund. They kept £65 for a "value-added" personality test that I never asked for or used. I mean, who does that? I thought I had a 14-day window to get my money back, but apparently not with these guys. Seriously, steer clear of this site. It's just not worth the headache or the cash. Feels like they’re just out to grab your money.

You know, I tried that site a while back, thinking it might be a decent spot to meet some new folks. But wow, what a letdown. In the past month, I’ve barely had any action—just 3 visitors and around 10 profiles to check out. Seriously, that’s less than one person a week visiting my profile and only about 3 profiles a week to explore. And I’m not even picky! My search range includes a 60-mile radius around London. It’s like a digital ghost town. It feels pointless to stick around when nothing’s happening. If you’re considering joining, I’d say save your time and look elsewhere.

My partner and I had to back out of a ski race because of some unexpected health issues. We reached out to cancel and were surprised by how fast the team got back to us. They handled everything smoothly, and we even got our refunds without any fuss. It's not every day you find a service that actually makes things easy when plans go sideways. We were genuinely impressed with how they took care of us. It's a relief to know that if something goes wrong, you've got support like this. Definitely a service worth recommending to anyone who needs peace of mind when booking events.
