This casino is an absolute disappointment. I've played here several times and never even come close to winning. The customer service is a nightmare. I encountered a bonus issue where the deposit page stated $20, but they insisted it was $25, denying me the bonus. Chat support was rude and unhelpful, even telling me to "f$)( off." When requesting a manager, they kept me waiting for an hour and a half, repeatedly claiming I was in line. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this online gambling disaster. Plenty of better sites out there – this one is just a disgrace.
