    Started a 5-day trial and immediately couldn't log on to the account. Called support to cancel. They sent me an email saying the subscription was cancelled and there would be no charges. I started being charged roughly $ 93 a month for something I never ordered. This is a scam. It's a shame that you can't trust sites that are meant to help people.

    Loved using the superior plan but my experience was a bit spoiled by the website bugs. I already told the support team, they helped me with my issues and hopefully they'll fix the bugs soon. The rest was really cool, I'd definitely use this service again.

    Мені публікували дві статті з трьох для дисертації. Все пройшло набагато простіше, ніж перший раз, коли я намагався пройти весь цей шлях самостійно) Стільки вимог від журналів, що самому готувати дуже складно, кууупу часу витратив і нервів на це діло. А в агентстві працюють круті спеціалісти, я взагалі ні за що не переживав, все зробили за вимогами і досконало. Дякую щиро! Рекомендую однозначно!
