Still, lectures, recordings, and practice exams prepared me well for the CCMA. Career coaching helped resume edits and mock interviews, but replies sometimes lagged.

    I only wanted to purchase and access one specific program. At no point was it clear to me that I was signing up for an ongoing subscription. The subscription process lacked transparency and felt like a subscription trap, as the recurring charges were not presented clearly enough for me to make an informed decision. I would strongly encourage the company to make its pricing and subscription terms much more transparent to avoid other customers having the same experience.
