    It’s terrible situation. I bought one course and was subscribed to others without my permission. Be careful!! And now I can’t unsubscribe. Wait for support answer.

    Don't fall for this company's very suspect sales techniques. Ignore the Ts and Cs at your peril; you pay £1 for your IQ test, and a week later you find that you have been charged a further £25 as the first payment of an ongoing "subscription". Who would knowingly sign up for a subscription when they simply click a link for an IQ test?! On pursuing what was clearly a well worn path to cancel any further payments, there is a reference to the T&Cs being repeated in a "welcome letter" which I didn't see because it went straight to spam (best place for it, really, if not for the fact that if I HAD read it, I would certainly have acted upon it and avoided further payments). Shameful and reprehensible sales technique. Don't reward them with your business.

    They are as bad as described by everyone. I've been trying to cancel the membership that I didn't know I had got with no response whatsoever.
