This company is nothing but a rip-off scheme. I began the process but had to stop due to a family emergency. Then, just three days later, they sent me an email urging me to come back and use their service. I complied and uploaded my resume, thinking it was a two-week trial as they stated. However, on the 12th day, they charged my credit card without warning. I had also canceled on the same day, before I realized I was charged. When I called to inquire, they claimed my agreement began the day I started the process, which is illegal. Moreover, after canceling, they promptly cut off my services, completely disregarding their promises. This company's actions are both illegal and unethical, and I demand my money back. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with such deceitful practices.

Hands down the best resume and cover letter builder, was looking for both in the same website. ResumeNerd was the answer to my dilemma, definitely recommend to my buddy looking for a job. Mr Omar was the best when I called to cancel, clear and pleasant knowledgeable voice about the services ResumeNerd offers. As an ex-HR person who helps with resumes, I reckon I'm pretty good at spotting errors, but recently a pro pointed out some flaws in mine. The language was weak. Résumé nerd fixed that. I used it for a person shifting from retail sales to customer service work from home. Résumé nerd gave the right words from the imported résumé. Had to tidy it up, but that was easy with its edit suggestions. Good pricing too! Worth a shot.

They informed me that there is a more affordable version of the product available on their website, and it includes a wide range of useful tools. This company's practices are shady. After spending an hour creating my resume, they surprised me with a fee to download it. I reluctantly paid the $3. However, during checkout, there was no mention of recurring payments. To my dismay, they deducted $35 from my account 14 days later. This company seems to be running a scam.

The company's customer service rep handled things well, considering what they could do. However, there's a problem with the website. It doesn't say clearly that there's a monthly subscription fee. I only wanted to update my resume once after retiring, but I've been charged for multiple months. It feels a bit like a scam.

I selectèd the one time fee to download my resume, then got charged 23.75 and never got an email confirming the charge. I did not authorize such a charge and have no way of getting the money back. I can no longer access the website via my computer and do not know how to contact them about the charge.

Overall decent. Had a bit of trouble with the template and some editing wasn't so simple, but mostly was easy to use. Really liked being able to download and email it to myself. Also, canceling was simple; the person who answered the phone was friendly.

The person I talked to on the phone was really nice and helped me a lot. He explained everything well and fixed my problem. He was great. However, the website isn't very clear about billing. But the customer service person sorted it out, so it's fine.
