    Tweaking placements can feel boxed in. I get the speed tradeoff, still wish I could nudge more. Good for quick decks though.

    Midway through week two I realized the teaching pace was too fast for my son. Support helped swap tutors the same day. New match is calmer and sticks to the plan, but time zone options are a bit tight for us.

    Scheduling worked, though time zones took a couple tries. Communication was clear, and the tutor adjusted when my child got stuck on word problems. Progress reports are helpful, but I wish reschedules were a touch more forgiving. Still a strong experience end to end.
