    I ordered what was advertised as a stunning 3-D wood carving, but what arrived was far from it. Instead, I got a flimsy 2-D sticker slapped onto the back of a clear plastic cutout. It looked nothing like the elegant piece in the pictures, which was quite misleading. I felt pretty let down, especially since I was really looking forward to adding a unique art piece to my collection. It’s disappointing when expectations aren’t met, especially when the product description seemed so promising. I definitely won't be ordering from this place again, as I don’t want to risk another frustrating experience like this.

    I checked out ACM Tools and found it pretty decent. Navigating their website was a breeze, and placing my order was straightforward, which was nice. The product showed up on time, so no complaints there. But, I gotta say, the packaging wasn’t the greatest—felt like they could’ve put a bit more thought into it. Also, while waiting for my delivery, I didn't get much in terms of updates, which left me guessing a bit about where my package was. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely some room for improvement, especially with packaging and keeping customers in the loop during shipping.

    I had quite an experience with Acme Tools recently. I spotted a fraudulent order on my account and reached out to customer service multiple times to get it canceled. You'd think they'd jump on it, right? Nope. They went ahead and shipped it anyway! It's almost like they're more interested in helping scammers than their actual customers. I can't shake the feeling that they might be turning a blind eye to these shady dealings, or maybe their policies are just super lax. It's frustrating and makes me question their priorities. If you're thinking of dealing with them, you might want to reconsider.
