Walking into the store, I wasn't expecting much beyond the usual. But the team there? They were like a well-oiled machine, each person knowing their role and working seamlessly together. They even helped me put together this tricky bunk bed for my kids. I mean, I was dreading that task, but they made it seem like a breeze. Their attention to detail was top-notch, ensuring everything was perfect. Thanks to them, we got settled way faster than expected. It's rare to find such dedication and teamwork these days, and it made the whole experience memorable. Definitely a place I'll be returning to for sure!

Last week, I booked a rental car thinking everything was set. Fast forward to the airport, and it was a total mess. The rental counter was packed, and it turned out they were overbooked by more than 20 cars! I was twelfth in line, and to my surprise, folks just strolling up were getting cars before the rest of us. It wasn’t just one company either; Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo, Payless, Axis—none of them had cars available. Swift was the only company with cars left, but they were asking for a jaw-dropping $675 for just two and a half days! It was frustrating and expensive, and I felt stuck without any good options.

We arrived in Tampa, ready to start our vacation, but things didn’t go as planned. The line at the rental place was insanely long, and we ended up waiting for what felt like forever, like an hour and a half. I mean, seriously, only two people working? It was such a mess. Instead of lounging on the beach, we were stuck in a queue. It really threw off the start of our holiday, and honestly, I’m not going through that again. It’s frustrating when you’re all geared up to relax, and then your time just slips away like that. Not the best start, for sure.
