We got Ember about a month ago and she’s a very cute puppy. Pawrade reached out on Friday September 19th to tell me that her vet exam found a grade 1 murmur and a left inguinal hernia. She was set to come to us on September 22nd. After falling in love with her pictures, we chose to continue knowing these would be preexisting conditions and any cost would be on us. I signed up for my own MetLife pet insurance for her. A week after arriving, she got kennel cough/bronchitis and I took her to the ER for x-rays and meds. Not surprising after 11 hours in a van with other puppies. She came from Missouri via Express Puppies who told us when she would be picked up and sent a text when they were 30 minutes away. Overall a good experience with Pawrade and communication was ok, but I wonder if the breeder already knew about the preexisting conditions and didn’t share it in her listing.
