    Do NOT order anything from a company that advertises on Facebook called Pawsionate. https://www.pawsionate.com I ordered something from them, and it says it was delivered to a Facebook friend's address, which I don't have. She never received it, either. I'm not sure how they found that address. I entered my address because I hadn't used this company before and didn't have the other person's address. She hasn't posted her address on Facebook and isn't sure how they found it. I have not received one reply from them so I have now taken out a case against them to get my money back through my credit card.

    I got this "Smart AI Bowl" thinking it'd be a game-changer, but boy, was I wrong. It's a total dud. The thing wouldn't even connect to the Google Play app, and the software design is a nightmare. It's like they never even considered how real people would use it. They expect you to mess with your router settings just to make it work, which is ridiculous. Why should I have to separate Wi-Fi bands just to use a pet bowl? And the instructions? Useless. Customer service? What a joke. I tried their online chat, and after a long wait, all I got was someone who couldn't help because they don’t even work with the product. To top it off, they want to charge a restocking fee for a product that’s faulty from the start. It's honestly shocking. Stay far away from this company. They clearly don't care about their customers at all.
