    I usually love the vet video appointments; they're super helpful when I need quick advice for my cat. But, oh boy, their customer service could use some serious work. I ordered my cat's meds and special food last Friday, paying extra for fast delivery because she really needs it. She's got a crystal issue and can't eat regular food. By Monday night, all that arrived were her meds. No food. I got a delivery notification, but still no food. I've tried all day to sort it out, but customer service has been no help at all. My cat needs her food to take the meds safely, and now she has to wait even longer. This is just not right.

    I went to this vet clinic yesterday, and wow, what a fantastic experience. The vet was just incredible. You could see she genuinely cared about my dog, not just going through the motions. She had this way of explaining everything that made it all so clear, and she didn't rush us at all. Even when our time was up, she kept on answering my endless questions with patience. It's rare to find someone so dedicated these days, and it really made a difference. My dog usually gets nervous, but he was surprisingly calm, probably because she was so gentle and attentive. It felt like visiting a friend who truly cares. Definitely going back there!
