Navigating Smalls Cat Food subscriptions can be tricky. I decided to try their trial for healthier cat food, but my two furballs turned their noses up at it. Thinking that was that, I was shocked to get a notice about another shipment for $138. I scrambled to cancel via email and text, but got crickets in response. Calling didn't help either since their number isn't set up for calls. After checking out some reviews, I learned the trial auto-signs you up for a subscription. They don't even have a Google profile for feedback. While the food might be great for some, the whole subscription and customer service ordeal left me pretty frustrated. I won't be ordering again.
