    MInden céget a panaszkezelése jellemez a legjobban. A Zooplus a legkiválóbb cég ebben. A DPD -nél kiloptak a csomagomból egy 29 ezer forint értékű terméket és a Zooplus elnézést kért. Azonnal felajánlották, hogy vagy visszaküldik a termék árát, vagy kiküldik a terméket. És másnapra megküldték futárral az ellopott terméket. Azt gondolom, hogy ez mindent elárul arról, hogy mennyire ügyfélbarát a cég és milyen az üzletpolitikájuk.

    I got this crate for my big shepherd, and I gotta say, it's a game-changer. The design is not only solid but also looks pretty sleek, fitting right into my living room without being an eyesore. My dog has plenty of space to stretch out, which he loves. Cleaning it is a breeze, and that's a huge plus for me. The wheels are super handy, making it easy to move around whenever needed. It's like they thought of everything when designing this! I can't imagine going back to our old setup. If you've got a big dog and need something reliable, this crate is definitely worth considering.
