    I've got mixed feelings about this service. The food is honestly fantastic, but the delivery? That's a whole other story. Every time I get my order, it's like the packaging's been through a war zone. The broth comes in this soft-pack that’s always torn up, and insulation material gets everywhere. Not to mention, at least one broth packet is always busted open. And the food boxes? They look like they've been kicked around for fun. The last one was soaked and ripped open, with food packets half-thawed and barely hanging in there. If I hadn't caught the delivery right away, it would've been a disaster. I love the food, but these delivery issues can't keep happening.

    Honestly, I've never seen my cats turn up their noses at food like this before. Tried serving it every which way—warm, cold, mixed with their favorites—but nope, not happening. So I thought I'd just cancel, easy peasy, right? Wrong. This company only communicates through text or email, and I'm almost certain it's just some AI bot with no interest in actually helping. Seriously, it's 2026—how about a real phone number with real humans on the other end? My cats' disdain for this food is only part of the issue now. The lack of genuine customer service is what really grinds my gears.

    I decided to get a bowl from this store, and let me tell you, the whole process was super smooth. Navigating their site was a breeze, and I really appreciated the constant delivery updates—kept me in the loop the whole time. When the bowl arrived, it looked just like the pictures, no surprises there. Unfortunately, I didn't pay much attention to the size and ended up ordering the wrong one. Totally on me! Instead of returning it, I'm thinking of donating it to someone who can use it. Even with the mix-up, I'm still happy with the experience and might just order the right size next time!
