    Had an appointment set up via Zoom, and they made it clear that if I canceled last minute, I’d be hit with a $25 charge. On the day, my wife and I were all ready and waiting, but no call came. Instead, we got an email saying they had to cancel. I reached out to ask if I'd get a $25 credit since they canceled on us, but they said the charge only applies to customers. Honestly, it feels like they don't respect our time. They can cancel whenever they want, but if we do, we’re penalized. It's frustrating and feels like a one-sided deal. Not impressed at all.

    Die verkaufen produkte die sie garnicht haben und ziehen das ganze in die länge. 1 Monat habe ich für gebraucht um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Die beantworten kaum Mails. Schrecklich und nie wieder!!!!!
