    So far this is nothing but a headache. It doesn't work without an App. I'm old, I don't do Apps. I don't even know how to scan a QR code. I finally fought my way through the process and the first thing I got was Application error and now it's stuck. It says contact customer support. Phone is disconnected e-mail, no reply. What a terrible idea this was!

    Honestly, I was hoping for a smoother experience with this dog training company. The price seemed like a steal compared to others, but I quickly realized why. Training was supposed to be 14 days, but turns out they only work with your dog for 10 days. Trainers take two days off each week and can have other jobs, so my pup's training wasn't consistent. One day I got a message at 9 pm that they were just starting the session. The trainer also rescheduled our initial meeting and then didn't show up at the new time. We’re supposed to have follow-up sessions, but they keep getting postponed. I'm really disappointed and wish I'd chosen a different place.
