    The feeder and Hub feel robust, and I felt confident after the first week. App setup asked for a bit of patience while permissions synced for two pets. Once configured, feeding history made sense and I stopped second guessing if bowls were emptied or stolen. The only nitpick is initial pairing felt sensitive to where the Hub sat. After moving it away from the router, stability improved. Customer guides were helpful and easy to follow.

    Delivery came a week later than the first estimate, holiday rush I guess. The likeness made everyone tear up anyway. They packaged it with care and kept me updated. I’d order again.
