    I ordered some dog food from Badlands on November 29th, thinking it would be a smooth process. They charged my Visa right away and promised delivery by December 6th. Got an email saying it shipped on December 1st with a tracking number. Checked on the 6th, and it was supposedly "out for delivery," but it didn’t show up. Two more days passed, and still nothing. Called them up, and they casually mentioned it never actually shipped. I checked Reddit and the BBB and found lots of folks with the same issues. It’s hard to tell if it's just bad management or if they’re hoping people will just give up. I hope Katherine Heigl isn’t endorsing something so unreliable.

    I've been to quite a few vets, but this one really stood out. The vet here really got what my dog needed. My pup has some recurring issues, and they came up with a treatment plan that was just right. It's not often you find someone who listens and understands like that. The service was top-notch too. They made us feel welcome and took their time to explain everything. It’s such a relief to finally find a place that cares as much about my dog as I do. I can say without a doubt, we’ve found our go-to vet. I’m definitely sticking with them for all future visits.
