    I never received my package. It indicated it was returned to sender.. when I emailed about this, they assured me that it was on its way. In fact, the tracking information indicated no change in it haven’t been returned to them. I emailed several times later and have not heard back.

    We waited for the charcoal cover to restock, then ordered the large round. Email updates were clear and the fit by breed chart helped. Build feels premium, but dispatch lagged a week during sale season. Worth it for our rottie.
