    I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone. The quality is terrible and the price is ridiculously high compared to what you get. I have four dogs—two huskies, a Labrador, and a German shepherd—and none of them would touch the food. They didn't even want to sniff it, so it all went to waste. That's $170 down the drain! When I reached out to customer service, they were rude and unhelpful. They said they'd follow up but never did. It’s just not how a business should treat its customers. This whole experience feels like a rip-off, and it's really disappointing.

    I ordered some pet food and was super disappointed with the whole experience. Delivery took forever, and when it finally arrived, the food was in such bad shape. My pups wouldn't even go near it. I spent days trying to get them to eat it, but eventually had to switch back to their usual food. I reached out to the company, thinking they'd help, but it turned into a month-long email exchange with people who seemed to be in another country. They kept asking for pictures and suggesting weird feeding tricks, but nothing worked. Now I'm out almost $200, and I'm still trying to sort things out with my credit card company. Definitely not ordering from them again.

    I went to this vet clinic thinking it’d be straightforward, but it was a bit of a hassle. First off, getting my pet's prescription was more complicated than expected. They wouldn’t just send it to my usual vet; I had to pay a fee and wait a few days. If I wanted it faster, there was an extra rush shipping charge, plus a processing fee. Appointments aren’t super flexible either, especially on weekends—you might end up waiting until the next day. When I finally saw the vet, everything felt rushed, like they were squeezing me in between other patients. It just didn’t feel as smooth or customer-friendly as I hoped.
