I ordered some pet food and was super disappointed with the whole experience. Delivery took forever, and when it finally arrived, the food was in such bad shape. My pups wouldn't even go near it. I spent days trying to get them to eat it, but eventually had to switch back to their usual food. I reached out to the company, thinking they'd help, but it turned into a month-long email exchange with people who seemed to be in another country. They kept asking for pictures and suggesting weird feeding tricks, but nothing worked. Now I'm out almost $200, and I'm still trying to sort things out with my credit card company. Definitely not ordering from them again.
