    Courier left a box with a dinged corner and one seed bag started to leak. I emailed support with a quick photo and order number. They offered a partial refund or to resend the bag, my choice. I picked the refund because I still had enough for the week. Money hit my account a couple days later, no drama, though the email tone felt a bit templated. Still, can't fault the outcome tbh.

    Two good bookings, then one sitter canceled last minute and support refunded the service fee but couldn’t conjure a replacement on a packed weekend. I get that it’s a marketplace, just be ready with a backup. The chat and walk reports are handy when it works. I still use it, but I now arrange a quick meet and greet and keep an eye on holiday surcharges. It’s a tool, not a guarantee, and that’s fine.

Delivery was free and the bag arrived well sealed. I appreciated the seasonal tips page while waiting, it helped plan where to hang feeders. Birds turned up within hours and I’m grinning. Will use the subscription option next time to keep the seed topped up without thinking.
