April 15, 2025.. We cancelled services on 3/18/25 with Frontier Communications because of NUMEROUS billing mistakes. The day after we cancelled, a $450 charge showed up in our bank account. We called them (another hour on the phone) and got the $450 refunded, but they never gave us a reason for the charge. Three weeks after disconnecting, we were charged AGAIN. We called and spoke to the rudest customer service representative I’ve EVER spoken to! She yelled at us, saying their records don’t show we discontinued services. I told her I have the dates and times of our conversations...yes, I kept my own notes too!
Avoid Frontier Communications. If you don’t, watch your bank account closely. Frontier is all about “catch me if you can.”
