They contacted me and refunded all charges including the soulmate sketch, which I honestly didn't expect. It's really good and shows honesty from this company. IDK why there were so many mix-ups with other clients, but the fact they fixed it and accepted responsibility is nice. I know many people forget to cancel trials and it must be stressful for them to handle, but I'm happy they listened. I told them I could accept being wrong if they showed proof I signed up for the trial, but they just refunded my mony anyway. Now I'm still not 100% sure I didn't sign up for the trial, but I’m about 95% sure because I used to forget and now I make sure not to do trials. If I ever do, which is rare, I set a reminder to cancel it. Whether or not I did with hint, I said I didn’t and they gave a refund without proving me wrong, which they easily could’ve. But they chose the nicer way and for that I’m grateful. I might even think about getting a sub later when I have money.

Big shout out to James from Hint Customer Services, who quickly answered my message about subscriptions I wasn't aware I had signed up for. My money was refunded fast and showed up in my account. It was worrying for me, and James' apologies for the mix-up and processing of the refund is really appreciated. Now I'm still not 100% sure I didn't start the trial, but I'm like 95% sure because I used to forget and now I try hard not to do trials. If I ever do, which is rare, I set a reminder to cancel it. With Hint, I insisted I didn't sign up, and they gave me a refund without making me prove anything, which I respected. They handled it very nicely, and for that I'm thankful. I might even think about a sub in the future when my finances allow.

The hand reading felt oddly affirming. talked about strengths I hadn’t given myself credit for — esp around intuition and creativity. wasn’t expecting to feel that good after.

With such a great support team, I really think they should offer a way to contact them directly, aside from the automated service on their website.
