For the sake of your future customers, you should make your subscription plans much clearer and always give a heads-up before taking any payments. Customers should be able to confirm if they truly want to sign up for a plan before being charged. Lastly, fix your refund process and make sure it works properly, especially when the client’s complaint is legitimate according to your own terms and conditions. Operating fairly and transparently is the only way to build long-lasting trust.

I tried again and sent another email, but they just stoped replying. Now I feel like this might be a scam. If I don't get my money back, I'm going to report them for fraud.

Watch out for this app. Also, their support team never replies about your refund. Hope they get karma soon.
