It was around 8 in the evening, and the wait time was supposed to be 90-120 minutes. Imagine my surprise when the truck showed up just 45 minutes later. The driver gave me a call to chat about what was happening and to get a better idea of what I needed. I had two flat tires on the passenger side. They ended up towing me to Les Schwab for repairs. The driver was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave me some great advice about my car. Definitely keeping their business card for future emergencies. Would use them again without a doubt!

I ordered gas delivery and waited all day, probably around 8 to 10 hours. No one showed up, and the driver never picked up his phone. Frustrated, I called customer service to get a refund since no one came. They agreed to the refund but then slapped me with a $49 cancellation fee. I didn't cancel; they just never showed up! So, I ended up wasting a whole day and still got charged. Honestly, it was a horrible experience. Feels like they just don't care about their customers.

I tried Drive Roadside Assistance for the first time last week and it was pretty smooth. My car broke down and I called them up, not really knowing what to expect. The guy showed up faster than I thought he would and was super helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and was really nice about the whole thing, made me feel less stressed. Honestly, I’d use them again if I get into car trouble. It was a relief to have someone who knew what they were doing and was also friendly.

My family and I were on a trip celebrating Independence Day when we locked our keys in the car. We were stuck in an unfamiliar place with no idea what to do, but fortunately, we came across Drive roadside. They responded quickly and within an hour, Austin, the person who helped us, arrived. He was friendly and really saved our vacation. Thank you, Drive roadside team!

I was driving on Highway

I was driving on Highway 1, near Kensington exit, when my car broke down. Called this company for help, and they charged me $200 just to tell me they’d sent my info to some towing company in Surrey. Waited 2 hours, nobody showed up. Ended up calling a different towing service in Burnaby. Seriously, what a waste of time and money. No help at all from them.

Stuck with a dead battery on a scorching 110 degree July day in Phoenix. Yikes. From getting started to driving again, this app had me moving in 50 minutes! Forget AAA (couldn’t reach anyone)…this service with its smooth and helpful app design, is my new choice.
