They hit me with unexpected hidden fees for Plesk
by Clay

They hit me with unexpected hidden fees for Plesk, claiming these are "affected by choices from our upstream providers." This is during the middle of our agreement. It's a rip-off... Moreover, any promotion they offer vanishes quickly. I had $300 in credit, but it disappeared in a month. The layout is poor, the names are confusing, and the tech support is lacking.

The service blamed me for using too much
by Bin

The service blamed me for using too much CPU while I was using the "Optimized Cloud Compute" instance they recommended. They even threatened to ban my account and demanded lots of personal info, almost like a school punishment essay.

I think this hosting company
by Tom

I think this hosting company is okay. It's better if you have someone handle it for you if you're not into websites. They don't guide you all the way, but they offer good space and options with decent servers for a fair cost.

Vultr's service was horible.
by Nico

Vultr's service was horible. My instance was down for 4 hrs. It was their mistake but they refuse to give compesation. They don't really offer 100% uptime, more like 20% downtime.

This hosting provider is awful.
by Shorinami

This hosting provider is awful. Made an account, put money, got under review. Next day couldn't login, said account doesn't exist. Tried to recover password, no email came. Scam.

Vultr was decent back in the day
by Anonymous

Vultr was decent back in the day, but now it's like a mess. They might suspend your server for no reason. It's awful. I want to stay, but it's risky.
