I bought a pair of SENA 30K a couple of years back. One of them failed, and when I reached out to the company, they declined my warranty request since I was a month over the period. It’s not right to ignore a warranty for a $300 item. I couldn’t escalate to a higher level and was just directed to a level 2 technician, who also denied my claim.
