Searching for reviews on Adobe is nearly impossible. Adobe seems to hide all the bad feedback on purpose. I was lured into a free trial that didn’t work. I tried straight away to cancel but failed. They kept charging me every month just because I couldn’t cancel. I attempted to reach out to them, but that’s a lost cause. Contacting them is impossible. I discovered today that there’s a huge fee to cancel. These folks are obviously dishonest. Avoid them, for heaven's sake.

I've been a loyal customer of Adobe Creative

I've been a loyal customer of Adobe Creative Cloud for a while. Recently, I had to pause my membership because of rising costs. When I tried to cancel, they gave me a few more months for free. But then I found out I was signed up for a whole year with an $80+ fee to cancel early. I'm usually careful, and I don't remember seeing this mentioned when I accepted the extra months. It feels like they're trapping customers. I won't be returning once my time is up!

Adob tools have bin a big help for my design and editing. There's a bit of learnin' to do, but the outcomes are good. Adobe's online help and friendly community have been really useful.

They tie you into contracts you didn't agree to

They tie you into contracts you didn't agree to, and then try to charge "Early cancellation fees" to stop them. It's theft.
