The experience with this service has been disappointing. Despite repeated attempts to cancel, they continue to send collection letters. There have been instances where the alarm went off without any response from their end, raising concerns about their monitoring service. The lack of communication and disorganization indicate a questionable business practice. Overall, it's been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend their services.

Avoid this Colorado Springs office.

Avoid this Colorado Springs office. You'll have a troublesome district manager (K.F.) fixated on hitting "the numbers" for corporate. Co-workers and supervisors may smell like pot. No raises, thanks to "It's the Client, not Securitas." Expect weekly newbies; you might end up training them at your usual wage. Paycheck comes weekly; watch for errors. Look elsewhere; skip the application.

If there was a zero rating, I’d choose it. Horrible customer service. Normal wait time is 35 minutes to reach someone! Finally got through, and they said someone would call to set up a tech visit…never did. Back to waiting forever to contact someone again. Used to be with Stanley…now bought out by Securitas Canada. Avoid them!
