Dropbox Sign is good for signing contracts with
by Katie

Dropbox Sign is good for signing contracts with clients. It's easy to upload and organize documents. You can add templates to save time. It's easy to put signature boxes on each document. It sends the document to the other party quickly and reminds them to sign. I can't think of anything that I would like to see improved.

Dropbox doesn't deserve even one star.
by Grant

Dropbox doesn't deserve even one star. We tried to downgrade our business account, but they said no, even though we just started a new 12-month plan. They took the fee from our company card and won't refund it. Dropbox isn't customer-friendly, and many reviews say the same. They don't deserve our or your business with other options out there.

Dropbox was good.
by Tom

Dropbox was good. I used OneDrive before, it was bad. I used free Dropbox for years, no problems. Ran out of space, moved to 1TB OneDrive, many issues. Upgraded to paid Dropbox, moved files there. Only problem: canceling paid plan confusing. 4 stars, not 5.
