    Value added moving

    Never even got to the moving stage. They used high pressure sales tactics to get me to commit the same day and told me the only form of payment they accept is a draft from a checking account. I found a bunch of reviews that were negative so I tried to cancel within their stated 72 hour period. They then told me that my deposit was not refundable because it was a draft instead of a credit card. Their policy does state that drafts are ineligible for refund. They, however, maintain that they accept credit cards even thought the form didn’t have that option and the rep told me they didn’t when I asked about it. This is a scam to get your money in a way that you cannot get it back. My recommendation is to run the other way when you see this company. They are horrible.

    Quote was detailed and fair. Crew arrived on time, protected floors, and prepped meticulously. Walls and trim look flawless, and the final walk-through was thorough. They even touched up a cabinet corner proactively. Very easy to recommend.
