After six years of running our Minecraft server, we switched to DedicatedMC, hoping for better performance with their dedicated server cores. But, boy, what a ride it’s been. Initially, they put us on the wrong server in the US instead of Europe, and we were paying for a high-spec server. It took ages, over a month, to sort this mess out. When they finally moved us, it still wasn’t right—RAM and server cores weren’t what we asked for. Players kept getting kicked, and we faced firewall issues. Also, the server wouldn’t restart properly. While some staff seem to know their stuff, a lot are just clueless, asking if problems are fixed without actually fixing them. We've had no compensation for the mess-ups and ongoing issues. They have good hardware, if you can actually get it. It's been a rocky journey, and their service reliability is all over the place. Hopefully, others have a smoother experience!
