    Machine started tripping a sensor and I opened a ticket. Machine parts availability took a bit, and email replies came a day apart. The diagnosis was accurate and the part fixed it, just a slow back-and-forth. Shipping for the replacement was reliable once it left. I appreciate that they carry the tiny bits that fail, but service pacing felt sluggish during a busy week. Warranty handling worked, not speedy. Product quality post-fix is back to normal.

    Ordered a big bag and a few seasoning sachets, and checkout was super simple. The parcel turned up light on plastic, which I appreciated. The bag doubles as a shake pouch, so I added Salt and Vinegar, sealed it, and gave it a good shake. Massive crunch, really moreish. A bit of dust escaped when I opened it, but that is part of the ritual. Delivery was quick and free after a modest basket, and the compostable packaging feels like a win. I’m happily stocked for movie nights.
