    I grabbed same day baseball tickets and the transfer didn’t land until 20 minutes before first pitch. Nerve wracking. They did arrive and scanned fine, and the seat view in the app matched real life. Fees are still a thing, but the all in toggle helped me compare. I’d use it again, just wish transfers arrived a bit earlier for peace of mind.

    A show I booked changed date. I sent a message through the help form and learned refunds are decided by the event organiser. I filled out their form and waited a bit longer than I’d like. The money did come back once it was approved. See Tickets answered politely and kept the thread updated, just not as fast as text chat. I get why the process is like that, but it’s still a little clunky.
