    Bought the program for 184 dollars for ACLS and BLS training. Turns out 90 days to do the training. I was 14 days past deadline and they refused to allow me access to the training. I was surprised. For most customer centric companies; that would have been a no brainer.

    I entered a one week trial and immediately wrote to them that I did not want to continue the monthly plan thereafter. As per instruction on their website, wrote three times to their service email and never heard back. Then promptly they charged me a monthly fee, now I have to fight with them and get my credit card to cancel their charge. This is not serious behaviour !
